    My Whole30 Experience: Week 2

    Another week down on Whole30, and I’m halfway done! If I’m being really honest with you, I’m having mixed feelings about my experience so far. Overall, I feel good – but nothing major. I do feel more clear-headed and focused than usual, but I wouldn’t say that I have all that much more energy than I do on a day to day basis.
